The Band
The music of the Mystic Pilots can best be described as a mix of Rock and Jazz influenced by great artists such as Sting, Steely Dan, BB King and more. Carlos Castaneda's 25-year success as a bandleader and composer in Northern California makes The Pilots shine. "I have put all of my knowledge and experience into the sculpting of the Mystic Pilots. And this is a labor of love for all of us." The Pilots main objective is to perform great music from other artists as well as introducing The Pilots own brand that promises to fly as high as the stars!
The Leader

Carlos Castaneda is a 30-year veteran of the music business. With his first CD "Every Mind Has It's Moment" recorded with great musicians such as; Ginger Baker, Ernie Watts and members of Santana's percussion crew, Castaneda's next CD is scheduled for flight the Summer of 2004.

The Show
This is a blend of original music with selections of great covers by Sting, Bruce Hornsby, BB King, Billy Preston and many other artists that The Pilots respect. Keep your chair in a full upright position and great ready for a musical ride to cherish.
