Suedeheads got together as a family band in downtown LA and over the years has brought in musicians from all over the Southland. The music spans the spectrum from 80's Rock, Latin Rock, Cumbia, to 60's-80's funk, all fully danceable. Drummer Sal Cisneros and his brothers, bassist Jose and guitarist Steve form the core of the band. Suedeheads are fronted by the gutsy, soulful voice of Jerry Preciado and the powerful song of Joseph Ramirez. Rounding out the sound and attenuating the energy are guitarist Omar Herrera, keyboardist Chuck Boogie and the horn sounds of trumpeter Hagai Israeli and saxophonist Dannie Hofmann. Congas and percussion are frequently brought in to add to the party atmosphere. Suedeheads is all about making your event a party.
