What is a Hodad? In surf slang, it means "one who poses as a surfer." As you will soon discover, it also describes the five musicians that make up L.A.'s wackiest party band!

The Hodads were originally formed to play for "California Beach" theme parties. With over 100 years' experience (collectively) at coordinating entertainment for every imaginable party, the Hodads are armed with an incredibly huge repertoire. Astonishing celebrity impersonations, colorful costumes, and fun-filled party games make the HODADS a unique entertainment alternative.

We are: John "Scud" Hatton, bass; Tony "Geronimo" Jones, drums: Bob "Darkman" Schuster, guitar; Sterling "Spinky" Smith, keyboards; and Jimmy "Moondawg" Street, sax and guitar. All five of the rad, bad boys handle lead and backing vocals.

The individual members of the Hodads have recorded and per formed for: Elvis Presley, The Beach Boys, Jan and Dean, Dolly Parton, Juice Newton, The Righteous Brothers, Frank Sinatra, Bob Dylan, Jimmie Rogers, The Drifters, The Coasters, The Platters, Wilson Pickett, Frankie Valli, Jose Feliciano, Paul Anka, Seals and Crofts, Liza Minelli, Steve Allen, Milton Berle, Red Buttons, The Rivingtons, Fabian, Frankie Avalon, Bobby Rydell, Roy Head, Billy Preston, Helen Reddy, Randy Meisner, Ricky Lee Jones, and Gary Puckett.
