One of the finest Boston wedding bands, Jumpstreet couples heavy grooves with a phenomenal track record. This seasoned ensemble is sure to have everyone on their feet with a diverse repertoire that includes contemporary and classic rock, soul, jazz, and Motown hits. Performing for wedding receptions, corporate parties and class reunions throughout New England, the septet's all-star lineup of female and male lead vocals, trumpet, saxophone, guitar, keyboards, bass, drums, and four-part harmonies keeps the energy high and their experience since 1985 ensures the party to run smoothly.
Jumpstreet is comprised of seven courteous, prompt, seasoned professionals: live musicians playing real instruments; no midi sequencing or pre-recorded tracks. In this well-established band, the members' strengths lay in their solid dance grooves, first class vocal harmonies, tight horn section, huge repertoire, and the ability to pack the dance floor. Collectively, the members of Jumpstreet have performed with Carly Simon, Brad Delp (from the legendary group "Boston"), "Little Feat", Rebecca Paris, and the returns of classics such as Frankie Avalon, Little Anthony, Chubby Checker, "The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra", "The Artie Shaw Orchestra", "The Temptations", Billy Eckstine and many more. Many of the members can be found on numerous CD recordings commercially available.
