We have some great people, but are
always looking for self contained DJ who is experienced at wedding
receptions, corporate and private events, weddings, bar mitzvahs and
more.
Pay rate for a self contained operator is $400.00 for up to 4 Hours.
This rate applies to all events that we do, weddings, corporate events,
birthday and private parties. If an event is longer than 4 hours you are
paid in 30 minute increments of $50.00 per half hour or $100.00 per
hour. We ask for the commitment on this price for all dates, all
seasons, any day of the week. In other words... for any available date,
at any event within the basic travel area (additional travel is
compensated of course).
You should maintain a music selection that covers most styles including:
Classical, Classic Jazz, Smooth Jazz, Big Band / Swing, 50's/60's R&R,
70's & Disco, 70's Classic Rock, Motown, R&B, Blues, 80's Top-40, 90's,
00’s, Alternative, Club Mix, Country. We ask our DJ' s to provide a
quality sound system and a splash of lights if requested.
Music format should be in digital format that allows high quality and
easy access. This may be CD or high quality digital audio files. You
should be able to offer the client a choice of black tuxedo attire, suit
& tie, or casually dressy. Please have experience doing weddings,
Corporate events and be able to provide several references.
Please do not apply if you are primarily a Club DJ. while we appreciate
your experience and talent, we also understand it is a very different
type of equipment and entertainment product than we will offer so please
do have good experience in working in a wedding reception and corporate
environment. We understand this opportunity is not for all DJ operators,
so please contact us if you are qualified as per our needs above and
